Upload a PDF/photo, or copy a ticket screenshot and press Ctrl+V (or the Paste button) while on this tab. Both Marquis forms are understood — the weekly Scaffold packet and the CR / EZ / CP time sheet.
OCR settings (admin)

Get a free key at aistudio.google.com → "Get API key". The key is kept in the backend script, so tablets only ever talk to your own server.

Logins

Give someone access

Enter the work email address they sign in to Outlook with. They sign in with Microsoft — there is no PIN to set or reset, and removing their access here (or IT disabling their account) stops them getting in.

Every change since the audit trail was switched on: who, when, and old → new values. Newest first, up to 300 entries per load.

Connection

The app keeps a copy of the data on this device so it opens fast and works if the connection drops. Anything you save while offline is sent up automatically when the connection returns. It syncs on open and every minute while in use.

Tag number password

A tag number locks itself once the tag is saved — it is printed on the paper ticket and quoted in approval reports already sent to FPC. When FPC's review sends one back to be changed, whoever makes the correction ticks Edit this number on the tag and enters this password. The change is recorded in the audit trail under their own name.

The password is kept on the server as a hash — it is never sent to the browser, so it cannot be read out of the page. With no password set, only admins can unlock a number.
